Cobalt is currently partnered with an impressive property agency in London that offers advice to the real estate world though visualisation and creativity, to asset management, development management, AR/VR film, project management and tenant occupation.

Offering a truly 360 service with technology-led innovation, this business is storming the Real Estate market and thus has ambitions growth plans.

Our client has engaged Cobalt to source a dynamic Development Manager/Project Manager to take an Account Manager role and lead the client's project lifecycle from initial bids to practical completion.

Remuneration;

£60,000 - £70,000 + Benefits + Bonus

Role;

The successful applicant will have a Senior Project Manager background and expertise with a mission of driving account growth and further site engagement alongside day-to-day project delivery. You must have commercial understanding and be an ambitious individual.

You must understand the RIBA development lifecycle and simultaneously, which tools and services you can provide to your clients to maximise effectiveness and value, thus encouraging further engagement throughout the sites' lifecycle and landing opportunities. Industry leading day-to-day project delivery is also expected as part of the role
