Cobalt has the pleasure of working on an exclusive basis with one of the UK's top Property Investment and Development Companies that owns, manages and develops £2.8bn worth of assets across the commercial sectors. With an impressive portfolio across London that stretches 1.7m sqft, our client is looking to grow their team through the hire of a senior level, Project Manager to be part of the development team.

Working closely with development managers, this Project Manager will manage the planning and design process to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget in accordance with the development business plan. Projects lie within the office-led, retail mixed use sectors and range in value up to £80million. Reporting to the Head of Technical delivery, the Project Manager will be responsible for monitoring project expenditure, creating detailed project programmes both pre and post construction and delivering schemes through to PC and handover.

This role covers the entire development life-cycle with the successful Project Manager assisting on pre-purchase appraisals, feasibility and due diligence as well as post completion sales and lettings.

Project Management requirements

• Degree qualified.

• MRICS/MAPM

• Project Management experience within a developer or leading consultancy, managing commercial asset projects

• Passion for Real Estate
