This position involves a combination of working with pre-existing investors as well as going out to market to generate new business development opportunities and create relationships with new investors. Historically the firm have worked with a range of HNWIs and Family Offices as well as smaller institutions. The perfect candidate would ideally have a similar network themselves they would be able to tap into but also have the commercial capability and professional aptitude to effectively manage existing relationships. The team operate on a deal-by-deal basis and as such the successful candidate will be pitching that business model to new and existing targets.
The successful applicant will be a seasoned professional who has considerable experience of fundraising specifically in the real estate space. They will ideally have a successful fundraising track record they can speak of and have experience of working in a deal-driven environment where transaction completion is always the main target. The candidate will work extremely closely with the firm's CEO and have exposure to all stakeholders within and external to the business.
