Cobalt are working with a NHS Trust in East London who are seeking an interim Electrical Engineering Manager, paying between £220 - £240 per day LTD rate (inside IR35, via umbrella company) depending on experience.
The successful candidate will play a proactive part within the Estates team delivering a safe and cost effective service, compliant with legislation and best practise.
You will have/be:
Significant experience in estates management within a healthcare environment.
Broad experience of estates practise within a multi-disciplinary setting.
Trained to Authorised Person duties.
Strong knowledge of electrical building services.
Experience of monitoring estates contracts.
Good written and communication skills.
