My client who are a leading commercial real estate company are looking for an estates coordinator to assist on the smooth running of their business park based in Oxfordshire. This role will require you to provide professional support to the estates team including; Managing the site utilities process, providing admin support to the Facilities Management team and Troubleshooting any problems or issues on site.

Responsibilities include;

  • Assisting the FM team with requests for maintenance / technical assistance in person, via telephone and electronically.

  • Ensure monthly meter readings are completed for all manual meters across the estate

  • Assisting the FM team with all monthly and quarterly H&S compliance updates.

  • Answering telephone, ensuring all received calls are announced and messages taking

  • Ensure all bills are paid on actual reads rather than estimates, in line with client requirements

Key skills;

  • A clear understanding of the industry

  • Experience in using systems and developing processes

  • Develop an understanding of how to build and maintain client, supplier and customer relationships

  • Able to plan and manage own workload

  • Able to work as part of a team, supporting colleagues

  • Be able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
