An exciting opportunity has arisen for a forward thinking Surveyor to join my Client who are renowned for delivering estates management services to a broad range of global and national occupiers. The appointed Surveyor will support a detailed and interesting account whilst providing exceptional service delivery in the provision of estate and asset management services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support with the effective running and management of an operational commercial property portfolio

• Liaison with clients and 3rd parties i.e. landlords and their agents to ensure uninterrupted use of the client's premises, effectively acting as the intermediary between landlord and tenant

• Identify and drive through cost saving and capital raising opportunities, working with client team and other 3rd parties as appropriate

• For sublet properties, monitor income collection and tenant liaison to ensure lease compliance

• Manage exit strategies for freehold and leasehold properties being vacated

• Proactively manage and report against key leasehold diary events, liaising with internal skill lines

• Manage and liaise with other internal teams and professionals to provide a full service to the clients

• Direct and frequent client contact and reporting

Knowledge & Experience:

• Up to date knowledge of legislation regarding property management

• Demonstrable technical competence in property management

• Awareness of basic property accounting

• Basic IT skills (word-processing and spreadsheets)

• Industry specific packages (e.g. TRAMPS/PM&A)

• Likely to be post qualified but APC candidates will be considered

• General practice background for or within either a corporate, public sector or private practice
