Facilities Coordinator

Cobalt are currently working with a high-ranking global managing-agent, looking to recruit a Facilities Coordinator for one of the most well-regarded shopping centres in the country. This large trophy asset combines a unique mixture of creative architecture, sustainability and leisure, whilst being managed by one of the UK's leading names in the property sector.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Working underneath the Building Manager to provide a smooth running of the total FM service within the complex.

  • Helping to log all H&S compliance

  • Respond to maintenance requests, signing off permits to work and completing RAMS.

  • Work alongside tenants , handling any requests relating to the development.

  • Identify and escalate any urgent issues in the development.

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic individual with experience in facilities management, preferably from a property/real estate background. You will have experience overseeing health & safety, as well as having the basic knowledge and understanding of Total FM services. The ideal candidate for our client will be someone looking to enhance their career within the industry, alongside the support of an outstanding company.
