Facilities Manager

Cobalt is working in conjunction with one of London's most well regarded landed estates, as they look to add a FM on a 6 month contract basis (initially) due to growth and investment in the business. Covering a swathe of high-end commercial and residential property across the West End, our client takes a proactive attitude to management of their estate, with over £250million of planned works lined up over the next decade. In addition, they take a similar attitude to investing in the wellbeing of their staff, ensuring a comprehensive package and work-life balance in place.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Working alongside the existing FM team to ensure a comprehensive facilities services is delivered across the portfolio;

• Ensuring H&S compliance throughout the estate;

• Working with suppliers for both hard and soft FM to achieve a high level of service provision;

• Overseeing the effective maintenance of building fabric and plant for the buildings, as well as any necessary CAPEX projects that may arises;

• Assisting with the management of service charge budgets.

Our client is looking for someone immediately available, or at very short notice, with an IOSH or NEBOSH qualification to support their practical health & safety experience. A background in residential management is highly desirable, whilst experience working within the real estate sector is a must.
