Facilities Manager

Due to growth they are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to join their team in the West End and take on the management of 15 multi-tenanted, commercial buildings across the city.

• Providing a comprehensive total FM service throughout the portfolio

• Set and manage service charge budgets

• Oversee all Health & Safety regulations, keeping up with statuary compliance logging all issue on relevant IT databases

• Autonomy and control over your own diary management with flexible working from home.

• Manage all hard and soft services over a mix-use portfolio

• Overseeing a comprehensive planned maintenance programme for the building fabric and plant within each property.
