Facilities Manager

Cobalt have been instructed on a Facilities Manager position to work alongside a boutique property developer known for their commercial management/asset management across the UK.

This position has become live due to growth in the Facilities Management team with this well-established brand.

You will be responsible for managing the TFM services across a mix of commercial, retail, and multi-tenanted office space, coordinating your own diary to ensure that you are delivering exceptional service to the tenant and client through providing the best total facilities management service.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Being a direct line report for both hard and soft services e.g. cleaning, reception, m&e staff, etc

  • Ensuring the portfolio meets legislative, regulatory, and environmental standards

  • Procurement and contract management as well as contract negotiation

  • Building H&S Systems and compliance including method statements, risk assessments, permits to work

  • Management of fit-out/refurbishment projects

  • Tenant liaison and weekly meetings

Requirements for the role:

  • Experience managing a mixed portfolio of retail, multi-tenanted offices, residential, etc

  • Experience in procurement and tendering hard and soft FM contracts

  • Be IOSH OR NEBOSH accredited
