Facilities Manager

Cobalt is seeking a confident Facilities Manager on behalf of a prestigious property owner with a vast portfolio in the West End of London.

Our client is looking for a driven Facilities Professional who has a proven track record managing a large portfolio of properties and overseeing total FM.

This role presents you with the opportunity to manage multiple commercial buildings ranging in size, on behalf of a property brand with a rich history and multiple Listed buildings.

Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Regularly attending and inspecting the properties;

• Overseeing the effective maintenance of plant and building fabric across your portfolio;

• Ensuring full compliance with H&S legislation, signing off on permits to work, and overseeing RAMS;

• Managing the work of external contractors for hard and soft services;

• Checking in with the occupiers on a regular basis to ensure their professional needs are catered to.

• The ability to set/manage a service charge budget.

The role will be overseeing a mixed-use portfolio within London's West End. An IOSH qualification is mandatory for this requirement given the level of health & safety experience necessary.
