£26,000 - £30,000 per annum

We are working with a well known Managing Agent who is seeking for a Finance Administrator to join their business and provide support to the wider finance team. Your day to day will include Accounts Payable, Credit Control, Service Charge and General administration duties.

Key Duties:

  • Providing support to the wider finance team.

  • Raising all purchase orders and code any invoices for payment runs.

  • Setting up any suppliers on the system.

  • Manage any email, telephone or website enquires on behalf of the team.

  • Maintaining the teams annual leave, sickness, and training records.

  • Attending internal and external stakeholder meetings as and when required. Providing follow up notes, reports and action plans if needed.

  • Liaising on behalf of the credit control and debt management team with internal and external teams.

  • Supporting with service charge budget, reconciliation, and reporting.

  • Managing fee raising schedules (rent / service charge / utilities recharges)

  • Handling the preparation of client reports and submissions

  • Produce all correspondence, documents, reports, and presentations to agreed deadlines.

Personal Specification:

  • Previous experience of the facilities and property management industry and / or finance and accounts.

  • Excellent organisational/administration skills - to organise themselves according to prescribed quality/procedural standards to include diary, document, data, event and task management.

  • Experience of using property financial administration, transaction and reporting systems e.g. Tramps, CAFM, Yardi, Horizon, QUBE or similar.

  • A great communicator with those at all levels, and confident speaking with internal and external contacts.

  • A collaborator who is comfortable using their initiative to ensure deadlines are met.
