Finance Associate, leading property investment firm

Cobalt is currently working with a market leading property investment manager to find an Assistant Manager for their growing corporate finance team. Our client is rapidly expanding their operations into new markets

This is a newly created role as a result of the significant growth of the business and would suit an individual with strong accounting academic background and a relevant qualification (or studying towards that).

Key responsibilities:

• Review management accounts prepared by service providers and make sure IFRS and local GAAP reporting is accurate and timely for a number of jurisdictions across Europe

• Review of supplier invoices and payments

• Support with tax compliance tasks

• Budgeting and forecasting tasks including preparation of board reporting and forecast analysis

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Finance/ Accounting

• Accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CA) (or working towards that)

• A couple of years of working experience in accounting or auditing firm

• Academic background in IFRS is necessary

• Excellent English is mandatory

**Valid work permit in Luxembourg is required
