Finance Manager

Finance Manager, Permanent, Full-Time, Altrincham, £28,000 - £33,000 Per Annum

My client is a leading national Property Management company looking for a Finance Manager to join their growing Altrincham office. The role will report into the Head of Finance and be responsible for the management of the accounts team.

Main duties will include:

• Managing responsibilities within the accounts team.
• Handling leaseholder queries and liaising with solicitors to solve disputes
• Manage banking relationships and client money compliance
• Accountability for all service charge reconciliations
• Dealing with all queries in a timely manner
• Processing supplier payment run's
• Overseeing the team and checking reconciliations/ payroll
• Weekly/Monthly cashflow forecasting and reporting
• Dealing with Year - end accounts production to send to external accountants
• Supporting the Head of Finance with management accounts and all other ad hoc duties.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience working as a Service Charge Accountant within real estate
• Studying for ACCA/CIMA (study support available)
• Impeccable communication skills and an excellent knowledge of Excel
• Great interpersonal and ideally previous management experience
