Fund Accountant

Cobalt are working with a leading multi-national fund administrator that tailors their services to real estate, private equity, debt funds and infrastructure. This is a great opportunity for a talented Fund Accountant who is a driven individual and can make a difference! Our client was founded in the UK and has staff working across London, Europe and Asia. You will be working with a technical manager.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of management accounts and investor reports.

• Audit engagement management and liaison for the effective completion of providing audit information and signed off.

• Preparation of VAT and returns.

• Take responsibility for the delivery of up to 5 people.

• Review and manage the delivery of tasks within accounting and administration services such as; SPVs, transactions and transactions.

Skills / Experience Required

• Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA or equivalent).

• Previous audit experience is beneficial in real estate.

• Intention to make a career as a fund accountant.

• A positive attitude and a sense of satisfaction.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels with both financial and non-financial management.

• Strong Microsoft Office skills - Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams.
