Fund Accountant

A Fund Accountant is needed for a global real estate developer to support them with their continued growth in the UK market. This leading organisation has experience in over 50 markets in America and Europe with imminent plans to expand further. Reporting into the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for the day to day management of a client's EU real estate investment structure.

Responsibilities will include:

• Partnering with stakeholders both internally and externally (finance and non finance) on a daily basis.

• Consolidating and reviewing financial statements, quarterly reporting packs, statutory accounts for the UK entity

• Meeting client reporting deadlines including budget variance analysis, risk analysis, tax compliance and lender reporting

• Oversight and coordination of the annual budgeting process for the real estate portfolio and Luxembourg ownership entities with the Poland office and third-party property managers

• Ad hoc responsibilities as and when required

This company is looking for a qualified Fund Accountant (ACCA, ACA or CIMA) who has had proven experience in a commercial real estate organisation.
