Senior Fund Accountant

A senior Fund Accountant is needed for a global investment company within the Real Estate industry. Our client is currently seeking a Senior Fund Accountant to add to their growing finance Team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a Global company which has a strong stance within the Real Estate industry. The successful candidate will be reporting to the Head of Finance and will have full ownership of a Pan European Fund
Key responsibilities:
To be able to review and issue monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to investors. In addition to dealing with finance reports prepared in house and ensuring they have met compliance and accounting deadlines.
Ensuring relationships are maintained and continuously being built on between internal accountants and clients.
Helping the property investment team with calculating performance metrics and dealing with fund return situations.
Overseeing the end of year audit and tax compliance for SPV's as well as managing the end of year audit process for pooled funds while liaising with fund administrators and investment managers.
Working alongside the Head of Finance on any ad hoc duties.
Ensuring that any outsourced accounting team are accurately and consistently working correctly.
Key Requirements:
ACCA/ACA qualified
Experience within Real Estate (Ideally with Lux GAAP).
Good working knowledge of UK GAAP and IFRS.
A team player who works well with colleagues.
Ability to work well under pressure and ensure all deadlines are met.
