Fund Operations and Oversight Manager

A Fund Operations and Oversight Manager is needed for a global investment manager to join their Real Estate and Infrastructure team. This company reaches millions of people daily and is a leader in its field.

They are looking for someone who can take ownership of all operational aspects of the funds, working alongside the investment team.

Responsibilites include:

• Managing, developing and mentoring a team of two.

• Oversee 3rd Party administrators to check and control the NAV and unit pricing of funds and check annual income distributions.

• Review all reporting completed by administrators is completed in an accurate and timely fashion

• Prime responsibility for the oversight co-ordination of four Fund Administrators across multiple offshore locations. This will include chairing monthly service review meetings, tracking all risk events and monitoring issues to closure, attending on-site annual due diligence visits and the co-ordination of associated due diligence documents.

• Responsibility for monitoring the completion of all regulatory, tax and investor reporting deadlines including the production of Annual Financial Statements and Quarterly Investor reporting.

• Working with Investment Teams to assist with the acquisition of Real Estate and Infrastructure Assets

• To be responsible for the internal controls of the team

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA Qualification (or equivalent)

• Management experience

• Proven Experience liasing with 3rd party administatrors

• Working knowledge of IFRS

• Prior experience in a Financial Services company
