General Manager - JN-72886

Cobalt have been instructed on a General Manager (Maternity Cover) position for one of the UK's most illustrious companies, who are known for their modern, Grade A, Trophy buildings in the London area.

You will bring with you a wealth of experience in building management where you will hit the ground running managing both Soft and Hard FM staff in a single site prestigious building in the South West London area.

My client is seeking someone with strong community engagement experience where you will ensure that the service provided to the tenants is 5 star.

Responsibilities Will Include;

• Prepare, monitor and reconcile service charge budgets

• Provide best in class customer service to internal and external customer base

• Manage site based staff, ensuring all people related policies and procedures are followed

• Ensure compliance with all current statutory legislation in respect of health and safety and the environment

• Prepare management reports for a variety of stakeholders and attend/chair management meetings as required

Requirements For This Role;

• Have either IOSH OR NEBOSH

• Membership or Associate Membership with IWFM or RICS

• Experience of managing a single-site environment in excess of 100,000 square feet and/or service charge budgets in excess of £1m

• Good understanding of service charge budgets and accounting principles
