Head of Commercial Agency (JN-73695)

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious, hardworking and highly motivated Chartered Surveyor, to head-up and drive forward a Commercial Agency Department. This is a key role within a dynamic niche practice with an excellent reputation for high quality service and advice.

You will be responsible for strategically expanding the agency side of the business, in terms of geography, calibre of instructions and market share. You will need a good working knowledge of the North West commercial property market and an extensive contact base.

Previous experience of commercial property sales and lettings is essential and you will be able to introduce your own ideas, with the support of an experienced, professional and enthusiastic agency team, to deliver on the sale and letting of a broad range of properties, for a variety of local and national clients.
