A stand out Head of Investment opportunity to work for a well established PropCo on several segregated mandates, with numerous retained clients who have significant capital to deploy.
This is an opportunity to lead a team sourcing across the asset classes throughout the UK including Central London.
You will assume ongoing responsibility for the active investment and asset management of the portfolio working closely with all teams ensuring investment targets are being met. You will join the internal investment committee and sales committee to report and recommend investment opportunities.
This role would be well suited an entrepreneurial individual who is very well connected to the market and wanting to work in a fast paced environment.
Based in Central London.
Salary will range from £125,000 - £175,000 per annum, plus bonus, plus LTIP and benefits package.
