£80,000 - £100,000 per annum

Are you an experienced Head of Operations, looking for the opportunity to join a luxury property development company in the heart of Central London?

This permanent position will see you working alongside the CEO and be key to strategic decision making in all areas for this successful business

Key responsibilities;

• Periodic review and analysis for the profitability of ongoing and new projects

• Make sure resources are used effectively and manage projects efficiently

• Responsibility for the overall plan for the business, including how it's presented to the public and marketed.

• Handle all marketing for the business to create and engage relevant leads as well as ensure their conversion

• Develop presentations and agreements when pitching for new business

• Responsibility for compliance and regulations, including handling insurance matters for projects and the overall business

• Manage and report to investors around Key Performance Indicators

• Ensure updates are presented internally in relevant forums and communication

• Manage internal stakeholders with regards to cashflow requirements for the business and investigate key variations

• Make sure everything is running smoothly in the office on a day-to-day basis.

• Leading HR for 15 members of staff.

Requirements;

• Proven working knowledge of running Operations within a Privately Owned Real Estate organisation

• Ability to manage and influence key stakeholders of an organisation with multiple projects and business lines

• A polished, approachable, and target driven individual with experience previously working alongside a C-Suite Executive.
