Cobalt is working with one of the leading property management companies to find a HR Support Coordinator. In this crucial role you will be supporting the HR team with all of their administrative tasks and requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with HR team and assist with all administrative tasks

  • Support with the new starter processes, including referencing, inductions, office orientations, H&S and training follow up

  • Ensure to monitor and update Employment Policies

  • Aid with employee absence administration and tracking

  • Make sure to be proactive and adaptive
