My client is looking for a HR Operations Manager on a fixed term contract (6-12 months) to join their HR team to help lead and shape the department. The role will be a flexible working arrangement between remote working and the office based Wimbledon.
Responsibilities Manager include:
To develop and deliver HR projects, policies and other activities that help the business achieve its objectives
Work with Managers and Directors through ER matters including disciplinaries, grievances and redundancy
Analyse and report on data to the stakeholders
Manage and develop a small HR Team
Ensure all policies and procedures are in line with employment law
Communicate with third-parties
Provide high levels of communication and service
