My client is looking for a HR Operations Manager on a fixed term contract (6-12 months) to join their HR team to help lead and shape the department. The role will be a flexible working arrangement between remote working and the office based Wimbledon.

Responsibilities Manager include:

  • To develop and deliver HR projects, policies and other activities that help the business achieve its objectives

  • Work with Managers and Directors through ER matters including disciplinaries, grievances and redundancy

  • Analyse and report on data to the stakeholders

  • Manage and develop a small HR Team

  • Ensure all policies and procedures are in line with employment law

  • Communicate with third-parties

  • Provide high levels of communication and service
