A dynamic UK real estate consultancy business is seeking an Assistant Surveyor to join their Industrial Agency team based in Manchester.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a market leading team and deal with the sale and acquisition of warehousing and logistics real estate across the North West. The department already has an enviable client base and this role will give the successful applicant fantastic training and exposure to specialise in this lucrative sector.

This is a great role for candidates who have undertaken previous work experience in the commercial real estate sector but have not completed their APC.

​

Excellent inter-personal skills are required as well as energy, enthusiasm and the desire to succeed in a fast paced commercial agency environment.
