Interim Finance Business Partner

Cobalt is working with a Global Real Estate Organisation's EMEA function that has interests and influence over some of the key commercial property transactions in Europe.

This Finance Business Partner role is offering a high calibre individual the opportunity to move into a commercial role, where they will have significant influence over some key decisions around real estate acquisitions and transactions.

Please note this is an interim to permanent opportunity.

In this role you will be expected to:

• Deliver business financial reporting on a monthly and quarterly basis, including the relevant plans and forecasts

• Identify, analyse and resolve the potential business risks, as well identify the opportunities and solutions to improve the business performance

• Be highly influential in the evaluation and development of the business strategy

• Build, lead and motivate an effective team

• Develop high level relationships with Executive Directors in the business as well as other key internal and external stakeholders

You should be:

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified

• Previous track record of working within the real estate and property industry

• Strong excel ability coupled with a genuine interest in analysis and problem solving

• Relevant experience in Management Accounting with a track record in improving processes

• Ability to communicate effectively and confidently with all levels
