Investment Analyst

A boutique investment fund is currently seeking an Investment Analyst to join their team based in Central London.

Working with the fund managers you will be working on investment deals and reporting across their student accommodation fund.

Key analyst responsibilities include:

• Produce appraisals and financial models on potential investments.

• Support with the business planning decisions and assist with deal execution.

• Monitor forward funding agreements and construction projects.

• Maintain and update the fund forecasting and financial modelling.

• Liaise with external valuers to produce quarterly portfolio valuations.

• Work with the asset managers to produce and maintain statistics across the portfolio.

• Produce and update investor presentations and assist with board reporting.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a real estate analyst or real estate finance analyst to join a progressive and exciting organisation that offer one of the best working environments.

Key analyst requirements:

• Must be degree qualified.

• Must have MRICS, ACA or CFA.

• Must have experience working within the real estate market.

• Excellent financial modelling and Excel skills.

• Excellent communication skills.

This position will be based in Central London, however they are currently working from home due to Covid-19.

The salary will range from £50,000 to £60,000 plus a competitive bonus potential and benefits package.
