A leading private equity real estate investor is currently seeking to expand their investment team at both Analyst and Associate level. They typically invest and manage commercial office, residential and alternative assets.

You will be responsible for reporting into the Senior Associate and working closely with the wider investment and analyst team. Key responsibilities include:

  • Create, maintain and manage financial models for new investment opportunities.

  • Prepare and update investment valuations and historic data.

  • Prepare investment committee memoranda.

  • Support in the creation of investment business plans and support the asset managers with key decision making.

  • Review reporting to lenders with respect to new and existing investments.

As an Associate you will also be responsible for reviewing work completed by Analyst's when underwriting new investment opportunities, including metrics to ensure numerical accuracy and sensibility, inline with their business plans.

Key Analyst/Associate requirements include:

  • Degree qualified, plus relevant qualifications.

  • Experience working in the Real Estate Investment/Private Equity/Investment Banking market.

  • Advanced financial modelling experience.

  • Excellent presentation skills.
