A leading Global Investment Manager are looking for a proven Associate/Analyst with excellent Investment knowledge to join their growing team.
This is a chance to join a market leading team working on key flagship deals across the UK and Europe.
Key requirements include:
Underwriting proposed new investments for the fund.
Reporting to the Investment Committee.
Focus on investor engagement and managing key relationships.
Key requirements:
Previous experience within investment in the Real Estate sector
Proactive and able to work to deadlines.
Self-motivated, highly organised, excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong numerical ability.
Salary will be up to £80,000 plus benefits, dependent on experience.
