Junior Accounts Payable Administrator - 12month FTC

Here at Cobalt, we are working with a highly regarded real estate company with pan European presence. They are looking for an Accounts Payable Administrator who is looking to join their fast-growing team in Luxembourg.

Responsibilities include:

· Working closely with their Accounting, Finance Managing, and Treasury team

· Maintaining cash books, arranging and monitoring the signature of corporate documents, and other administrative tasks

· Taking ownership of payables and other tasks under limited supervision

· Payment processing and maintaining payment control list

Requirements:

· Previous working experience in an office environment is required, preferably in a similar role

· Strong knowledge of MS Office

· Fluency in English and German is required

· Independent and proactive attitude as well as attention to detail is essential
