Job Title: Block Manager - Entry Level

Salary: £24,000

This role will involve:

• Supporting the wider property management team

• Engaging in reactive maintenance for properties within the company portfolio

• Liaising via email and phone with contractors

• Providing first in class customer service to all parties involved

• Liaising with leaseholders and helping answer any queries regarding their building/property

• Assisting with H&S and compliance reports for properties

You will need:

• A proven track record within a customer facing position

• An ambition to progress within the block property sector

• Self-motivation and a willingness to learn

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
