Cobalt have partnered with one of London's most highly regarded Property Management firms, to assist with the hire for a Junior Property Manager to join a growing team and look after an exciting portfolio.
The role is an excellent opportunity for a driven and motivated professional looking to grow their career within Property.
Key Responsibilities:
Liaising with leaseholders and various stakeholders
Organising reactive maintenance works by working with contractors, ensuring efficiency
Playing a key role in budgeting, working alongside the Property Manager
Assisting with compliance and risk assessments
Attending AGM's and minute-taking
