Lettings Client Accountant
Wimbledon - Hybrid working
£30,000-£33,000 per annum
Cobalt is working with one of the market leaders in Residential property for the London area, covering everything from Block Management to BTR.
The business is looking for a Lettings Client Accountant to join their team, who is confident communicator and can effectively build and manage relationships both internally and externally.
Key Responsibilities
Creating and maintaining good relationships with Landlords and tenants.
Importing tenancy details to help processes rent.
Following up on any rent arrears.
Investigating queries.
Take ownership of a portfolio and manage the process from start to finish.
About You
Previous experience in a similar position or within Credit Control for a Residential Property Business.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
