M&A Manager - Integration

Contract role

£90,000-£100,000 per annum

Cobalt are partnered with a Real Estate business in London, who are looking to add a Manager to the M&A team to help integrate a new business.

The successful individual will lead on the transition, ensuring an increased value and efficient acquisition by focusing on a successful integration strategy.

Key responsibilities:

• Project management, understanding the differing targets and making them work together

• Focused on project budgets and costs

• A focus on deliverables and efficient time management of the integration

• Risk strategy, understanding of the due diligence findings

• Constantly considering delivery and dependencies

• Business partnering with stakeholders to build and communicate the strategy

Requirements:

• Must have experience dealing with the integration of cross boarder teams

• The successful individual will have managed projects within large corporate entities

• Project ownership, consistently driving efficiencies and progress

• Time management, able to manage multiple workstreams
