Maintenance Operative

Cobalt is looking for a proactive Maintenance Operative to help create a quality property experience within a modern BTR block in Ealing. This building represents a bustling community and boasts of extensive amenities which are also available to you as the employee including an on-site gym, rooftop atrium and cafe. You will be completing planned and reactive maintenance tasks using your hands-on skills, in conjunction with specialist contractors.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Responding to maintenance issues, liaising with other employees and residents, acting in a hands-on capacity;

• Providing assistance with electrical/plumbing works throughout the building;

• Alongside the wider team taking regular H&S checks in the building, including fire alarms and emergency lighting;

• Conducting regular building walk throughs and inspections;

• Assisting with general up-keep of the development.

Our client is seeking a hands-on, well-rounded Maintenance Operative with a proactive, social and service-driven demeanor. This role will involve occasional weekend work - rotated throughout the wider team.
