Managing Director - Head of Lettings
Salary: £100,000-£120,000
Location: SW London
We are working with a highly successful and reputable independent estate agent, who are looking to bring on a senior lettings professional to their company's management team.
Our client is seeking a dynamic and driven individual with a proven track record of effectively managing, mentoring, and growing lettings teams.
In this position, you will play a massive role in expanding the lettings department, and will have significant team responsibilities, including having full autonomy over hiring and building the foundations for new offices in the area.
Core additional responsibilities include:
Winning new business and key account management for major landlords
Creating and executing business plans
Implementing strategies to increase department profit
Monitor and improve the quality and quantity of new business from team members
Liaise with the management board regarding department activity
Bolstering the company's brand reputation, working with the wider team
Provide guidance to junior lettings team members
Recruitment and training
Key Requirements:
Proven track record of success in a lettings background
Strong team management experience
The ability to effectively communicate to all levels of the hierarchy
Exceptional knowledge of the residential property industry
Trustworthy and genuine, with a winning mentality
Being able to motivate and drive results
