Marketing Manager

Full Time, Permanent

Up to £58k depending on experience

Our client is an award-winning property developer, who build thoughtfully designed homes in carefully considered locations. Their homes range from apartments of striking urban architecture to houses with a more rural intimate charm.

A position has arisen for a Marketing Manager to join the team, based out of the Paddington office. This person will be responsible for the planning, coordination and delivery of stand-out and relevant marketing touchpoints and high performing campaigns that inspire and nurture the customer base, to drive sales and profitable growth across the portfolio.

Role;

  • Planning, coordination, development and delivery of all marketing touchpoints for their specific scheme including branding, visual assets, print collateral, Marketing Suite environments, advertising, signage, events, models and interactive system and overseas exhibitions

  • Act as the single point of contact for all stakeholders and joint venture partnerships through exceptional project leadership with external suppliers and internal teams, clear project plans, briefings, reports and timely delivery of all requirements

  • Implement effective short and long-term marketing strategies for all live developments that communicate a relevant and compelling value proposition for current and prospective customers

  • Work closely with the Digital Marketing team to develop targeted, relevant digital campaigns that will deliver the right content to appropriate audiences in order to drive enquiries to their specific scheme

  • Working closely with the sales team and our appointed sales agents to monitor the performance of marketing activity on a weekly and monthly basis

  • Whilst the Marketing Managers within the marketing team will not have any direct line management responsibilities, they will be required to manage and coordinate a number of different internal and external stakeholders at varying levels as well as possess the ability to juggle multiple priorities.

  • Closely manage and monitor sales and marketing budget (ranging from £100k to £6m) for their specific schemes and ensure spend is accurately forecast for the entire duration of the sales period.

Skills/Experience Required;

  • A proven track record of coordinating multiple teams and consultants in the delivery of a product launch

  • A proven track record of delivering effective marketing campaigns that drive profit and sales growth on time and within budget

  • Knowledge of branding and marketing tool development

  • Ability to convey business requirements and briefs to third party agencies, ensuring all activity is delivered in line with expectations

  • Customer driven, with a strong commercial focus and understanding of digital technologies, trends, policies and best practice
