Cobalt is delighted to be working alongside a prestigious Real Estate developer, who are known for their unique commercial developments across London.

This position will see you working as a Marketing Manager for their successful and community-focused shopping centre, located in the heart of Wimbledon.

Core responsibilities:

• Tenant engagement, both in person and via regular newsletters

• Planning and hosting regular events, especially during the holiday season

• Preparing B2B and B2C marketing materials for promotions

• Managing the budgets for the annual promotional activities

• Providing the senior management team with feedback from any events and marketing materials used

• Working closely alongside the building management team, operations team, and construction team

• Maintain and build relationships with the local community and organisations

Personal Specification:

• Experience working in events is a must

• Digital marketing and traditional marketing experience is essential

• Local knowledge of the area would also be ideal
