One of my favourite clients are looking for a Property Manager to join their team as they're just about to take over the completion of a new build portfolio of around 500 units in Central London.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Property Manager to join a company that won't overload you with properties and pride themselves on service standards over anything else.
Together we're looking for someone who has experience in mobilisation of high-end new build developments, Ideally IRPM qualified and previous experience in working closely with Clients/Developers on a regular basis.
Role Responsibilities:
Issuing and collection of Service Charges and Ground Rents
Monitor arrears and manage and action appropriate collection/pursuit methods
Organising day-to-day maintenance and managing contractors
Liaising with residents concerning management issues
Assisting with the project management of major internal and external works
Compliance with Section 20 legislation
The salary provided for this role is up to £40,000 and the working hours are Monday to Friday 09:00 to 18:00
