New Home Sales Manager JN73757

A rare opportunity with a leading UK property company that owns and manages an extensive residential and commercial portfolio and has a substantial future pipeline in London and nationwide.

The Role

  • Responsible for the development and execution of the sales and lettings (BTR) strategies of high profile residential developments

  • Leading launches domestically as well as internationally - some international travel required

  • Collaborating with various departments, planning and executing a marketing plan across all stages of the developments

  • Ensuring a high-quality customer journey and experience and tracking ratings in order to maximise performance

  • Implementing and arranging the client handover processes

  • Liaising with stakeholders such as agents, solicitors and block management companies

  • Ensuring post-completion enquiries are dealt with in an effective and efficient manner

  • Being involved and playing a pivotal role in projects from the early stages

Requirements

  • Significant multiple residential development sales experience

  • Strong residential and commercial understanding of the London market

  • Experience in managing and delivering successful residential sales campaigns, at a domestic and ideally international level

  • Self-motivated with the ability to prioritise workload

  • Ability and experience in establishing and nurturing relationships with stakeholders

  • Strong customer service focus

  • A flexible approach to working

  • Drive and ambition to grow with the company

Salary and Benefits

  • Basic salary - up to £70,000 DOE

  • On target bonus - 25% of annual salary and increasing with performance and longevity

  • Annual leave - 25 days + bank holidays with the ability to purchase 5 additional days
