New Home Sales Negotiator JN73519

An excellent opportunity for a New Home Sales Negotiator to join a reputable company in London. This role is ideal for a confident and motivated individual that is interested in the dynamic of working with several developments.

Responsibilities

  • Providing a first-class experience to all clients

  • Proactive and reactive response to new enquiries, and following up accordingly

  • Matching client requirements to various developments across City and East London

  • Proactively managing the transaction process from reservation through to completion

  • External research and knowledge of competitor sites

  • Attend weekly meetings with line manager and developer

  • Working towards individual sales targets and KPIs

  • Providing regular activity reporting to line managers

  • Developing and maintaining effective working relationships with clients and colleagues

Requirements

  • Experience in new home sales (essential)

  • Proven track record of successful sales and of delivering high-quality customer service

  • The ability to develop strong client relationships

  • Understanding of the legal conveyancing process

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proven administration and organisational skills

  • Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Outlook

  • Excellent telephone and e-mail manner accompanied by strong interpersonal skills to deal with a wide variety of people and clients

  • Ability to prioritise workload with an attention to detail

  • A team player with a confident and proactive approach to work

  • Showing initiative in acting and responding appropriately

Salary

  • Basic £28,000 - £30,000 DOE

  • OTE £55,000 +
