An excellent opportunity for a New Home Sales Negotiator to join a reputable company in London. This role is ideal for a confident and motivated individual that is interested in the dynamic of working with several developments.
Responsibilities
Providing a first-class experience to all clients
Proactive and reactive response to new enquiries, and following up accordingly
Matching client requirements to various developments across City and East London
Proactively managing the transaction process from reservation through to completion
External research and knowledge of competitor sites
Attend weekly meetings with line manager and developer
Working towards individual sales targets and KPIs
Providing regular activity reporting to line managers
Developing and maintaining effective working relationships with clients and colleagues
Requirements
Experience in new home sales (essential)
Proven track record of successful sales and of delivering high-quality customer service
The ability to develop strong client relationships
Understanding of the legal conveyancing process
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven administration and organisational skills
Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Outlook
Excellent telephone and e-mail manner accompanied by strong interpersonal skills to deal with a wide variety of people and clients
Ability to prioritise workload with an attention to detail
A team player with a confident and proactive approach to work
Showing initiative in acting and responding appropriately
Salary
Basic £28,000 - £30,000 DOE
OTE £55,000 +
