Are you a customer-focused individual with a solid background in the new homes industry and who is able to build and nurture strong relationships with stakeholders?
Our client, a reputable, award-winning developer with a track record of delivering a high-quality product is looking for such an individual to join their Manchester-based team.
Reporting to the Head of New Homes and working alongside the Project and Sales Teams, you will help shape the customer experience and ensure that new homes are delivered to a high standard.
Responsibilities
Supporting various departments to ensure a high-quality finish of units handed over
Assist with the home demo and handover processes
Alongside other colleagues, provide a point of contact for communication from customers and stakeholders and ensure this is carried out in a friendly but professional manner and is recorded on the CRM
Inspect each home and ensure any snags, defects or damage is being recorded and dealt with accordingly
Ensure any customer enquiries or issues are dealt with or resolved prior to them completing their satisfaction survey
Assisting the Head of New Homes to ensure any materials used in the aftercare process are relevant and up to date
Participating in team meetings and leading weekly progress meetings with other teams.
Requirements
Experience in a similar role within the industry is essential
Excellent written and spoken communication is essential
Ability to work autonomously and problem solve
Strong organisational and time management skills
Have an understanding of what a high-standard finish is and how to achieve this
Able to project manage any work required to be carried out
On offer
Working hours - Mon - Fri, 37.5 hours per week
Basic annual salary - £50,000
Car allowance + fuel - £5640
Discretionary bonus - up to 10% of annual salary
Annual leave - 25 days (increasing to 30 with service) + bank holidays
Matched pension contribution up to 6%
