Office Administrator - JN74137

My client are looking for an experienced Office Administrator with a highly organised and structured approach to work. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with exceptional communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Responsibilities include;

  • Maintaining the database of stock and ensuring online content is accurate
  • Performing and monitoring precise money laundering regulation checks on clients in line with HMRC guidelines
  • Controlling marketing and running social media presence for the office
  • Working closely with branch manager to produce property details, contractual letters and other formal business letters

Key skills;

  • Excellent understanding of computer software
  • High level of administrative ability in both sales and lettings ideally.
  • Very organised and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Confident in speaking with individuals at all different levels

Hours: 08.45 - 18.30 Monday to Thursday and 08.45 - 18.00 Fridays with a 17.00 finish on the last Friday of each month
