My client are a modern, forward thinking company who are looking to recruit an office manager to support the smooth running of their bespoke central London office.

The right individual will have the opportunity to play a vital role in supporting the team and responsibilities will include; managing the front of house services and maintain office procedures. The successful candidate will have exceptional organisation skills and will be confident in liaising with stakeholders.

Key responsibilities;

  • Maintain service contracts for building maintenance systems in accordance with lease agreements, maintenance contracts and legal requirements

  • Assist the HR and IT teams in the on boarding and leaver processes

  • Arrangement of internal meetings and conferences and event planning

  • Prepare documents to put out tenders of contractors

  • Implement safety procedures including arranging of regular maintenance and testing of fire alarm, sprinklers, lift, air con, smoke extract fans, emergency lighting, sump pump etc and regular testing for electrical equipment and safety devices

  • Direct, coordinate and manage other support roles within the business ensuring operational needs of the business supported, including daily administrative support for the company (conflict checks, project set ups, mailshots, printing and posting, PDF editing/merging of documents)
