Following on from a raft of internal promotions, our client is looking to add to their blossoming property and facilities team for one of their major retail-led mixed-use developments in South-West London. A bespoke real estate owner and investor, our client has grown from strength to strength in recent years in part due to their flexible, sustainable approach to developing and managing prime properties across London and is looking for like-minded individuals to join them on their journey moving forward.

This client-side role will see you work as part of the wider management team at the property, taking ownership of the soft-services, and looking to drive forward a customer-centric approach that has community & occupier engagement at the heart of it.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Deputize for the General Manager where necessary;

  • Manage operational reports and budgets, including service charge;

  • Assist in project management and incident reporting;

  • Monitor contractor performance and safety, taking ownership of the soft service suppliers in particular;

  • Provide excellent customer service, looking to engage with occupiers and customers, and the implementation of placemaking initiatives where possible;

  • Ensure H&S compliance among contractors.

  • And other ad hoc duties;

Our client is looking for an individual with a foundation of FM knowledge, and who is confident in their ability to handle responsibility and decision-making. You'll be able to demonstrate a track record in tenant engagement, and have previously managed the work of third-party contractors for a variety of soft-FM services. An IOSH is highly desired for this role.

Due to the nature of the site, this role will require very occasional weekend work (1 in every 6 weekends) with time off given in lieu.

The type of property you have worked within previously is not as important as the character you display, and as a proactive, social, forward-thinking individual you'll find yourself at home within this family-run property owner.

Please apply with your CV immediately as this role may interview and appoint before the closing date of this advert
