Central London, 4-5 days in the office

£35,000 - £40,000 per annum

I am working alongside a leading student accommodation company. They have a very large portfolio of modern accommodation across the UK and are rapidly expanding.

This People Administrator position would see you supporting the Senior Management Team with Recruitment and People Management.


Key responsibilities;

  • Maintain records and vehicle details, ensuring that the information held on the company's system is up to date.

  • Log and record staff training, sickness, team 1-2-1s, and any appraisals.

  • Respond to internal and external HR related queries, providing assistance as needed.

  • Support the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, performing background checks, assisting in shortlisting, and issuing employment contracts.

  • Perform onboarding, inductions, and regularly update the company's system with new hires.

  • Produce reports for the Senior Management Team on various people/business activities.

  • Assist in ad-hoc business projects, like collection of employee feedback.

  • Oversee the employee benefits programme.

  • Assist the Office Manager with monthly company social events.

  • Note-take in meetings, if and when required.

Person specification;

  • You MUST have a minimum of 1 year of relevant, HR/People Admin experience.

  • Strong team working skills, as well as the ability to work independently and self-motivate

  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail

  • Data driven/orientated

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise

  • Strong IT skills, including experience with Microsoft Office 365 - Word, PowerPoint & Outlook. Must have exceptionally strong Excel ability

  • Must understand that confidentiality is a key aspect of this role
