A real estate investment company is currently seeking a real estate analyst to join their portfolio management team based in Finland.
They currently have a highly established portfolio compromising of office and retail assets across major Nordic cities. They typically focus on value-add projects and development.
You will be responsible for supporting the Portfolio Management team as an Analyst. This will include:
Perform financial modelling and analysis to evaluate investment and ensure output accuracy.
Support performance tracking of asset strategies of existing investments.
Support the automation of various excel templates.
Portfolio Analyst Requirements:
Degree qualified.
Strong understanding of DCF's, real estate investment KPI's and waterfalls.
Strong financial modelling skills (using Excel) - understanding VBA coding is a plus.
Excellent attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
This role will be based in Finland and will require relocating.
Salary will range from €60,000 - €70,000 per annum, plus benefits and bonus.
