Programme Manager (6 Month Contract)

£600 - £750 per day + benefits

Our client is a leading asset manager with over 300bn assets under management. You will be joining their established Global MI Programme within their Real Estate sector, as a Programme Manager working closely with the delivery of global projects. They are looking for someone with an approachable character to work alongside the team. Having Yardi software experience and Real Estate market knowledge is essential for this role. The successful candidate will be working remotely until restrictions allow otherwise.

Core Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the project governance, driving deliverable and managing the Global Roll out of multiple large-scale projects

• Leading the planning and successful implementation of multiple projects. Track the project progress and report it to the wider business

• You will work closely with external clients and senior stakeholders, so it will be necessary to have excellent client management skills

• Work closely with the team on KPI processes and report and manage the testing

• Develop an understanding of technical and business aspects of each project in order to manage the project budget and resources

• Develop documentation processes as well as data mapping across regions

Individual Specification:

• The successful candidate will have experience in project management and strategic planning

• Experience simultaneously managing and working with multiple large-scale projects

• The strong ability to develop and maintain relationships - have an approachable personality

• Have strong communication skills as well as written

• Experience with Yardi Voyager or strong data/MI experience from a Real Estate background

• Having a real estate background is a must
