Cobalt is working for a global construction company that have an excellent opportunity for a Project Controls Manager to join their already successful team on a multibillion pound project based in Bridgewater.

The successful candidate will be working in one of the Programme Controls Teams within the HPC Project, under the direction and leadership of the Lead Project Controls Manager, to help lead the development, implementation, use and maintenance of Project Controls processes within the Programme or a subdivision thereof (henceforth "Programme"). To lead the direction and co-ordination of all Project Controls activities associated with the design, manufacture, construction and commissioning of the Programme work scope within safety, quality, time and cost milestones. To support EDF Energy in developing an overall integrated plan and budget for the Project and providing an effective and transparent Project Controls service.
