Our client is a reputable Chartered Surveyors who have a main focus on Property Management and Asset Management within the business and they are currently seeking an experienced Property Accountant to join their successful team.
You will be responsible for managing the client reporting and service charge accounting
On-boarding of new clients and completion of hand overs for outgoing managements
Preparing monthly, quarterly and periodic client statements and VAT reports.
Preparing and filing VAT returns and raising and issuing service charge and rent demands
Preparing year-end service charge accounts, in line with recommended and statutory practice
Assisting the property managers with the drafting of annual service budgets and implementation of the same
You will be client facing and ensure that a high level service is provided at all times
You will have previous experience working within a Client Accounting / Service Charge Accounting function
Background working within Property Management Accounts
Previous experience working with Property Management Systems Qube / Tramps
You will have a strong eye for detail and by a highly organised individual
Confident in your ability to speak with clients and build strong rapport
